Below you can download the CDP6 letter and questionnaire that was officially sent out as hard copy signed by 385 signatory investors to the chairmen of over 3,000 companies on February 1st 2008. The deadline for completed responses is 31st May 2008. The online response system (ORS) is available for direct data entry - for more information about this please contact Daniel Turner at daniel.turner@cdproject.net. You can download the current version of the CDP6 Guidance document which will help responding companies to ensure they are answering the CDP6 questions to the highest standard. The guidance may be periodically updated as we seek to offer further help to companies completing the CDP6 information request.

PLEASE NOTE: May 2008 - The Guidance document has been updated for question 2b(i) relating to the classification and sources of renewable energy, it also includes additional guidance for electric utility companies on completing the tables relating to fuel/technology use.

April 2008 - We have added the Minimum Standards Disclosure Quality document to this page. This scoring system is to be used for a pilot exercise with the Global 500 companies in CDP6, and the results will not be made public. Please read the document below for more details about the purpose and the scope of this work.

February 2008 - The Guidance document was updated with significant changes regarding Global Warming Potentials (GWP's)
